Photoshoots

Villa Catalana Cellars LLC, allows for photoshoots by appointment ONLY. The information listed below is an overview, feel free to contact us via email, if you have additional questions.

Rental Information
Photography appoinments include use of the garden, the Conservatory/ Tasting Room, and the Hermitage, but not the interior of the house.

Tables and chairs may be moved during shoots, but must be returned to previous locations. Artificial flower petals, glitter, and confetti are not allowed.

Restroom/ Changing Area
A restroom is available in the Conservatory/ Tasting Room for use or changing. The Hermitage is also available for changing.

Parking
There is room for a few cars up near the winery, additional cars must park in our gravel parking lot below.

Alcohol Beverages
Our photography appointments are only for the rental of the property and do not include alcohol or the consumption of alcohol.

Not Included
Our space does not include tables and chairs, linens, or tableware. Parking and driving on the grass is not allowed even for unloading, except in the lower field by the gravel parking lot.

Rates
Photography sessions start at $200 and include up to 2 hours of use, for a group of 10 or less (including photographer(s)). Larger groups of 11-20 guests, start at $300 for up to 2 hours (including photographer(s)). Appointments MUST start and end ON TIME or additional fees will be incurred. These are our minimum rates, we do not offer 1 hour appointments.


Photography Hours
Appointments are typically available weekdays starting at 9am and end by 6:30pm. Saturdays 9am and end by 12:30pm. Sundays Closed.


Visit Us
To tour our venue you can visit us free of charge when our winery is open Saturday afternoons from 1 to 4pm. Or you may schedule an appointment at another time.
